Yes, I am going to go the full 30 days, I didn't start really feeling any better until yesterday and now I feel much cleaner. I am nearly half way, and feel better than I did when I started.
Tim, I know my friends have good intentions, but I think they are more afraid of the fact that this is completely out of their norm and comfort zone, than looking at it from my perspective.
