There's a huge difference between losing weight and losing bodyfat.
Within 3 months, I managed to decrease my bodyfat from 15.3% to 8.8% while keeping my overal weight (I gained muscle tissue) via:
- 6 (small) meals per day
- cardio (road bike, steady state or HIIT) 5-6 times per week
- weighttraining (bodyweight, dumbbells) 4 times per week (at home)
I followed the "Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle" program (Tom Venuto).
