I've been working on establishing some Goals and doing some planning after having never done any what so ever before in life, i'm only 23. I was ok up to creating a projects list but the 90 day plan I'm not sure how it should be written/formed. I know at first it won't be perfect and I'll need to perfect it for my personal use but any way someone could post sort of an example or template of how they do their planning like this. I don't want to be over detailed or under detailed and I'm sorta floundering at this part.

Any input at all would be nice.
