(Day 10) Today I felt completely and utterly normal. It was almost strange. I don't feel amazingly hungry but I find my emotions wanting food, and thats the real fast. My mind keeps thinking of sugary foods like cupcakes and I even thought about having a doughnut, which I don't even like. So really this fast seems to be more about breaking the emotional attachment to food than the physical. Sore I still get hungry but when my stomach growls, a glass of water shuts it up and it goes back to its detoxification.
Honestly, if anyone were going to fast, I would recommend a minimum of 14 days, as the first 7 felt like just an initiation.
