Somehow a surreal event this morning has left things feeling surreal all of today. I feel like I'm hardly connected to my body or something, it's really weird. I honestly am not sure why what happened would elicit this kind of response, but I saw one of my best friends run past me this morning in the hall and punch another kid in the face. It felt so surreal for the moment it happened, but it has seemed like the rest of the day has been a continuation of that moment. My body feels so relaxed and limp and almost numb, and I'm not sure why. When I speak it feels especially strange, I feel disconnected in a way. I have never felt like this before, and I don't know what is going on exactly....does anyone have any idea???
