Day Nine
Past couple of days I've started to feel my first real resistance to the diet. No particular cravings for other foods, but simply the shear volume of food I'm eating has become tedious at times.
Gum sensitivity has gone away. Still don't know if it was at all related to the diet or not.
Day seven I went on an extended bike ride and ended up feeling tired for most of the rest of the day... perhaps I wasn't getting enough calories. Tried to take a nap but didn't get to sleep. Day eight energy level returned but had a bit of a headache for most of the day. Day nine was a productive day, got up early, got a lot of work done, didn't feel the need for any naps.
