Is this diet possible?
Hey guys, seeing Steve go to an all raw diet made me question my diet. I'd rather eat for a purpose then just eat for pleasure. I'd like to have a diet that maximizes digestion efficiency so that I can sleep less than 8 hours and still feel good during the day. I'd also like to continue to build muscle mass and have my diet encourage muscle growth.
I know what it takes to build muscle, high calories and high protein, but I know little about digestion and what makes for easy digestion. Is there a diet that would meet both my needs, or a good compromise?
