Like a lot of you here, I've read tons of books on self-development. And the problem I have is being very excited waiting for the book or audiotape and the excitement goes on for only a few days after opening the first page. I seem to lose interest and don't have the follow through. If there's anyone have this type of problem or have any suggestion as to what I should do, please share your thoughts. I thank you so much!
Willpower alone cannot cause permanent change. I would have to agree with Nick Pagan's post.

I have had the same problem. And I currently have that problem for anything in life - any "huge" goal (huge is a relative term only you can define). I would suggest taking a look at Nick Pagan. I just found it and I'm going to implement his suggestions for this college semester.
