I don't think bodybuilding itself is unhealthy at all, unless taken to an extreme or supplemented with heavy drug use. Everyone likes to talk about Arnold's heart issues, but meanwhile other well known older bodybuilders like Dave Draper and Frank Zane are getting up there in age and still healthy and in incredible shape.
I'd prefer the Frank Zane look myself, with just a little more mass than he usually carried
