sorry it's so long
But anyways, the reason I posted this second thread is because I still don't know exactly how to handle these feelings. These feelings extend really deep into my core and I don't believe I'd be able to pull them all up into consciousness. The emotions almost consumed me last time I tried and they were too powerful to withstand. With that being said I am wondering if there is a way I can try and uncover the pain piece by piece. I'd like to slowly drop it piece by piece until eventually I feel strong enough to let it all go.
By the way thanks again for everyones help. Your advice has greaty helped me and made me realise the person I want to become.
