I agree with Frans, and your concern may be blocking it because you start to question and doubt, by thinking things like "is this really going to manifest"?
I usually get the alpha reflection, but I've had a few things manifest so quickly that there wasn't even time for the alpha reflection to show up. When I don't get the alpha reflection, though, and things start to take long, there's usually something blocking the original intention - and usually I can recognize what it is. Which is the first step, but "unblocking" it is a different matter, especially when there's fear involved.
The thing about doubting, if you've watched The Secret, is that sometimes the manifestation is just around the corner, but when you doubt it and think "this thing doesn't work" the universe says (and I quote): "Guess what, your wish is my command".
Another thing that may be blocking your intention or dalaying the manifestation is that you might have a belief that this specific amount of money is supposed to take "x" time to manifest. Or whatever similar belief.
So, try to identify what's blocking your intention and work on it, whichever the case.
