Better add a few to that number. I've experienced that other people tend to eat MY fruit because it is irresistable.

Obviously, yes. I tend to chew gum when I go out (especially after eating raw garlic, he he). But now I'm just taking a few apples with me and munch on those.
I easily go 6 or more times and it's always a LOT. Good, solid too. On the other hand, it only takes a few seconds to poop because it all comes out in one solid swoop, and leaves no traces. The downside is that I no longer have an excuse to read on the toilet.
