I think it varies from person to person. You might want to try vegan, but it's not certain that you'd loose weight that way.

Maybe you need to cut down on the carbs. Which means, more meat, less pasta/rice/potatoes/bread etc.

But, anyway, a 30-day trial with vegan won't hurt you. Better start today, christmas isn't that far away
