I have always been overweight. It took a long and slowly fight to defeat some of the kilos, but now I am stagnated at the last 10 pounds...
I run 25 min. every morning and play soccer in the summer, maybe that is not enough?
I am currently a vegetarian. But I've heard that by going vegan you'll instantly lose weight.. So I thought about going vegan for a just a month? Does that sound reasonable?
Or is there another alternative? Any quick-fixes?
