I can't stand milk in my coffee, I like it bitter and black, and about 3x as strong as it's supposed to be

I even tried making "Protein Coffee" with skim milk and whey, that wasn't so great either though.
I'll try some of the flavors (specifically Vanilla Nut) next, I'm planning to pick up more in the next day or two. I do like French Vanilla coffee and sometimes Hazelnut every now and then, but really prefer the darker, bolder blends. I also love Guinness Beer, so go figure.
