The thing is, I've been looking for information on how to "derive" the chakras for some time now (and I was hoping you'd be able to answer it
). That's what frustrates me the most about all these new age beliefs. Practitioners and people on the forefront will say huge claims as fact but when it comes to how one can verify or discover these things on their own, they'll change the subject.
But in any case I'll try the chakra cleanse you suggest and if I discover some new information, I'll definitely post it. I'm not holding my breath though.
