I will look into that, but everything I have read has said Distilled Water, if not that, then Spring or Purified water. One interesting thing is that I used to drink tap water, and yesterday I was waiting for one of my gallons of Distilled Water, so I snuck a sip of tap water, and it was disgusting. I noever had that problem before, but I will never drink that again, lol.

I'm no expert on fasting - what I know mostly comes from Dr. Graham's forum - but all the experts I have come across recommend fasting longer than 3 days only with professional supervision. Not that you can't do it; it just helps to have someone around who knows what to expect, and what is normal or abnormal. I've also heard some bad things about the enemas; supposedly your body can clean itself out just fine, and it's dangerous to muck about with the process in such an unnatural way. If you believe the body can heal itself naturally, why the colonics? Sick/injured animals in nature fast until they are well, without any need for that sort of manipulation. Finally, you keep talking about how hard it is to "get going" - are you actually trying to keep a regular schedule? "Fasting" means rest; you should not be trying to do anything but take it easy. If you're using your energy for activity, your body can't be using it for healing, which basically defeats the purpose.

All the negativity aside, good luck with this. As everyone says, take it very easy when breaking the fast - that's the absolute most difficult/dangerous part of it all. Also, you may not want to stick to 30 days absolutely - apparently every 5 or 7 days or so, there is a natural point to break the fast; if you notice these patterns, then obviously it should make sense to stop on a day that feels right, even if it's day 26 or 29 or 32 or whatever.
Oh when I say "get going" I just mean if I am laying in bed, and want to get a drink downstairs, getting up and going seems more strenuous than it should be. As for working, I work from home and it consists of the phone and consulting, however I only really work 4 hours a day, so it hasn't been strenuous at all.

As for the colonics, they have always been a beneficial way to remove built up toxins from the walls of the colon, so I figured that I would combine the two. Plus a colonic keeps you well hydrated as the walls of the colon will absorb some of that distilled water.

I am already planning for breaking my fast, I plan on doing it for 7 days. I am reading up, but I assure you, I do not want to hurt the progress I will have made at that point.

Day 6: Today I got up a little bit drained, but not hungry and I feel the best I have since I started. I will update if anything changes.
