Day 4: Getting out of bed today was pure hell, lol. I barely had any energy and my reception and concept of time were severely off. I had to force myself to get up. Drinking 32oz of water in a short amount of time helped and after a 30 minute rest (after waking up, lol) I was able to get going.
After that I was fine for the most part. I still keep thinking about food and what I am going to eat when I am done. I had two intense hunger pains that shot up my chest that were easily quelled with water.
Not a bad day really.
