The longest water fast I did was 7 days. There were a couple of days that I was crawling on hands and knees, just to get the bathroom because I was so weak. Other days I felt I had super human strength. Can't remember which days though.
Got to be careful how you break it. I know someone who did permanent damage to their liver, eating fish and chips straight after fasting.
We had a huge apricot tree in the garden and we broke our fast with apricots. Then salad from the garden over the next few days.

I plan on breaking it with watered down juice, then juice, then vegetables, then some quinoa, while still maintaining the same amount of water intake before I make myself a nice vegan meal.
Today was surprisingly easy. I am quite strong in my resolve, though I keep looking up vegan recipes online, lol. I feel like I need to do this for myself. Just the ability of "can I say no to the addiction of food I have built up over the last 29 years?" I am not obese, but I still feel like I have a connection to food I dont want. I strongly need a paradigm shift in that department, and I need to jar myself with force.
So I am challenging my ego, and purifying my body. Bracing myself for the coming rapids.
