The secret to GTD in my opinion is as follows.
#1 De-clutter and do a clean out.
#2 Use one implement for gathering information: that could be a PDA, a Notebook, A Diary, a 6x4 card system. The important thing is to use only one.
#3 Carry it around with you everywhere.
