It is entirely possible and actually very easy to get all of the protein humans require on a vegan diet including a raw vegan one.

Think about it, where do cows, horses, buffalo, elephants, gorillas and other huge, heavily boned and muscled vegan animals get their protein? From the plants that they eat!

All fruits and vegetables contain protein. Many vegetables actually have more protein on a calorie per calorie basis than beef does. Plus humans do not need that much protein to begin with. It is a complete fabrication. Many very successful professional and Olympic athletes have been long term, strict vegans.

Protein is simply not a concern. If your eating enough calories, you are getting enough protein.
