I believe that change occurs within the mind. No matter how motivational or inspirational a speaker, article, book, tape is - it cannot cause permanent change.

The reason why I recommend these books is because they all deal with changing from the inside-out. As a man thinketh, so is he. Your daily self-talk, since the day you could think, has programmed your subconscious. You act out the beliefs that are stored in your subconscious. The key to change is changing those ingrained belief systems.
