I know, it can be tough for sure. But, Esther says that if some foods really made you fat, then they would affect everyone the same way. She said it was the vibration, not the food. My sister can eat what she wants and stay slim. But she is not constantly worrying about her weight either. Food is a non-issue to her. So I sometimes wonder...is it the food or is it my thoughts about the food? Things that make you go, "hmmmm....".
