Good to know. I have taken the first step by writing about it here in the forum, and getting lots of good advices. Now the big challenge is to put it to life. I think it will be a long process. But I will begin that process. Today I'm going shopping for some food.... I couldn't translate all of the food-suggestions, but I will begin with some of the things I understood. Like peanut butter
