If you aren't a big "sweets"/sugary food eater, fruit is easy to work in- it tastes like candy to me! I just buy a bunch of all the kinds I like, mainly apples, oranges, and bananas, and eat several a day. My usual breakfast is a big banana or orange and 2 scoops of whey protein in water. Eating a big breakfast first thing just makes me want to go back to sleep.
Veggies I don't eat enough of either- I really don't like cooked veggies very much, and can't stand them raw, it's like trying to eat a tire to me. The best bet with veggies would probably be to throw them in a blender with water, liquify and drink
