Well, I would like to know how
not to lose more weight while at the same time transferring to more healthy eating-habits. It seems to me that it would be difficult to gain weight if I want to eat more healthy? The stuff I'm eating is widely known to produce more weight on 90% of the people eating it. But not me. However, I have no problem losing weight. I'm struggling already to keep the weight as it is.
