Fasting is tricky business thats for sure.
Here is one way that I have done the 1 time per week.
Start mid - day, after breakfast. Then fast for 24 hours. It seems less painless that way. As for more than that, I haven't yet mustered the courage as far as water fasting goes
I do like juice fasting. But it has to be done with more than just Carrot. I like to do my greens as well. Then you are getting some real nutrition.
