Good plan.

I think it'd be interesting writing a blog of maybe where parents can ask me questions online about what's going on in their preteen's head, and I can hopefully answer them. I think this is a good idea because I'm sure there's bajillions of blogs about videogames out there, but this seems unique.
Sounds like you've got a good plan. Try it and see how it works.

My life's goal has been for a few years to become a Structual Engineer, but when I write that down on a piece of paper, it doesn't exactly strike a chord within me, like Steve says it should in his article," How to Discover Your Life Purpose in About 20 Minutes." Do you think it's because I've thought about it so much, or because I just don't want to do it really deep down inside?
Obviously I'm not you, so it's entirely possible that I'm just BSing here, but I'd guess it's because being a Structural Engineer is a good goal for you, but not a good purpose. My guess is that if you did the purpose exercise, you'd end up with a purpose that could be served in many ways, one of which is being a structural engineer.

That's just a guess, though.

My parent's don't let me spend my own money on anything more than like $10, because they want me to learn how to save.
Sounds like you've got that down.

You're awesome, Dilman. Good luck with everything, and keep us posted.
