I was going to mention the NanoWriMo method as *Keith* did. The act of simply writing the entire script through without editing until the end allows you to get all your thoughts out and on paper. After this is done you can take steps to revise and reorganize your thoughts if needed.
I would recommend taking Steve's 30 day trial test theory and spend the first 30 days of 2008 writing. Write each day no matter what. Write in a program that tallies word count such as Microsoft Word to keep you motivated. As you see how far you've come the motivation only pushes you further.
