INTJ or INTP - but INTP fits better
I got INTJ (Strategist) from the humanmetrics site, but INTP (Engineer) from the mypersonality.info site.
Looking at both, the INTP (Engineer) is more correct. INTJ's are natural leaders, and that ain't me, but it wasn't the only thing that put me off INTJ.
And this from the INTP description describes me to a T: "They see everything in terms of how it could be improved, or what it could be turned into."
and: They like being the architect of a plan, because of the scheming and thinking involved, far more than being the implementer of that plan. Implementation tends to be drudgery.
I realised recently (before this test) that I like finding the solution to problems far more than I do actually implementing the solution! Once I've figured out the solution, I get bored and want to move on to the next challenge.
But it took a bit of a leap to realise that "solving problems" actually is two parts - finding the solution and then implementing it, and that the second is of far less interest to me than the first.
