Hi, nvictor. I think your dreams are a way of making your life easy (or living whatever way of being you want). I think that there are certain internal conflicts that are either too painful or too entrenched in habitual ways of being for you to confront them directly in waking life.

I also think dream imagery and symbolism is very personal. I usually start with looking at how each character in the dream represents a facet of me, and then looking at how those facets are out of harmony. The words that are spoken can be very revealing, too, if you look at them that way. For instance, you might want to look at the way you linked violent behavior and manhood.

You bit someone's ear -- could that have some bearing on a difficulty you're having in being heard, or in listening? Is there something you're doing in your life that you feel stops you from being heard or listening?

Violence in dreams, I think, is a real gift from you to you. It's your subconscious' way of getting your attention, getting something through your thick skull, in a way that is safe.

That said, I'm still trying to figure what all those zombies in my dreams last night are all about. Zombies?
