Oh man this fasting business is hard work. I'm not even more than a few hours into day one (I'm a late sleeper) and my sister makes a huge pot of macaroni and cheese, stuff smells so good. I start noticing my thoughts trying to trick me into not fasting, or starting tomorrow. I decide that the only reason I want to eat that is to have a brief experience of sensory (taste) stimulation. Thinking this made my want of having that food go away. I hope this gets easier or I'm f'd.
