If you wake up late, and miss breakfast...
Well, I woke up at 11:40 AM this morning. Not very good.
Even so, I'm not going to let this ruin my day. The, question, now, is how much--and when--I should eat for the rest of the day.
I had a bowl of oatmeal for 'breakfast' at noon. Now, should I still have two more meals today?
I'm guessing at 3 PM, and 6 PM.
