Thanks for you post elastigirl :-).
So today I got up very late, though I didn't have any meetings or anything, it kind of pushed the whole day, and for some reason, then everytime I've tried to "push" my day, it's always failed. I don't know if any of you guys have some advice for what to do when you get less hours in the day than what you expect? I do try to prioritize, but it just doesn't seem to help much, except I get the most important things done. Reading more continually
Well in the 2 weeks I didn't update it was going forward, but now it has gone a bit backward, I hope it won't be for long before I'm back on track here. Make a habit of getting up when the alarm clock goes off
This hasn't gone well the last couple of weeks, I guess it's because of the winter darkness, though I try to set my alarm to the same time every day, and I excersize getting up, it's just like I never hear the alarm. From tomorrow though I'll have an even louder alarm, I hope that if I do wake up I'll be able to get up also. Get a habit of going to the gym, and following the program I have.
Well I haven't gone for some time now, though I'm positive I'll be able to when I get my training buddy back, we have both been in a hurry lately. Make a habit of eating what I've written in my diet
Which I think is going well. Or sort of well at least, not ready for the next step, but it has come a long way. Make a habit of turning off the computer at 20:30
Which I have done the last couple of days, except today, though in the weeks before this one, I usually sat up late, because of work that had to be done, and I couldn't take me together to make the work during the day where I had set time for it.
So all in all it isn't better than last time, actually worse, but I'm sure that the next week will be much better, I guess I needed to update in here, it really keeps my motivated since in my daily life I can really easily loose the big picture, where this log helps a lot.
