Both parents make the contract. But what I've been seeing is that sometimes the contract is made in the ether before everyone is born, and sometimes the parents are incarnated first and then a child selects them in which case the contract is between the child and the mom and dad's higher selves. Choice is still involved in this case. Actually choice is involved in all cases. Even if you have a contract with a child you can still decide not to enact it once you incarnate. Remember, free will trumps all once we are here. |
