{aspiring_to_clarity} is on a distinguished road
Default

Lots of fluids, mainly water, nothing sugary.
Slow, peaceful walks if you feel you have the energy. You need exercise, but don't push yourself too much or you'll just feel worse.
Relax and enjoy this time off.
Make plans with a friend or two to do something you enjoy.
Make sure you are eating "right": plenty of fruits and veggies, light meals (probably best raw as much as possible) no refined sugars or white flour, etc.

I hope you are feeling 100% soon!

For productivity, I don't know what your living situation is, but declutter and straighten up. That usually helps you feel like you have a clean slate (at least it does me). Then sit down and brainstorm some goals for the upcoming semester and reflect of what you've just accomplished.

Happy Holidays!
