In the dream the black and red dots were definitely tissue damage. I live in an area with good, clean air. Although I could use an air purifier. I remember in the dream that I was thinking..."The whole time all I needed was a chest x-ray". And the dream kind of made me want to get one, but I really have no medical reason for it. And honestly my lungs feel fine, so I'm not sure if I should pursue it any further.
