I pity them. I see them as very unhappy, suffering people. Such people generally don't love themselves. They criticize themselves harshly and feel like sh!t inside. My supposition is based on the fact that when I feel like talking bad about others, it's because I feel bad about myself in some way. Is that true for you too, Charlottecharade? If that's the case, maybe the first step would be to be really nice, accepting, loving and loyal to yourself. Then you'll be nice, accepting, loving and loyal to others automatically.
