I used to think that way too. i have no confidence in my driving skills plus traffic here in Manila is so horrendous with all the buses and jeepneys and taxis scrambling for passengers. but recently, ive decided to start driving because i want and need to drive to be independent plus i dont want to rely on people to drive me to places, so now im driving. im not that confident yet but its a step. try driving with someone in the car, so he/she can help you. i did that to start things off
