Is "Ruin A Wish" Harmful?
I posted several times in the Ruin a Wish (in the fun forum) and had a lot of fun reading it for a while.
Then a few days ago, I was at the company's health benefit meeting and looking at the life insurance. I saw that if someone in my family died, I'd get $100K, and then I started getting concerned if that would be how I'd fullfill my intention to make $100K. Then I realized the sillyness of thinking like that - and decided to stop my participation in Ruin a Wish thread because I could feel it was getting me into the habit of seeing the worst possible way something could come true and thus ruin its manifestation. If I start fearing the manifestation of what I want, then that can make everything much harder to accomplish.
So, is it a harmful habit to read and post regularly in the "Ruin a Habit" thread or am I too concerned about it?
