Dear run_fly,

I have similar experiences as you describe:

-running (running in solitude in the woods is a huge consciousness booster.. I've been running and competing for 6 years now almost 6days a week if you or anyone have any interest in fitness through running I would gladly help)

I joined an indoor football (or soccer for you Americans ) team, you get the running and physical exercise with the additional bonus of playing in a team with other people.

-giving up tv

I never was that big of a televisionaddict, I mainly watch some sports or the news. I do enjoy movies and series a lot but I tend to download them so I can watch them when I want to and without commercials.

-living in the present

I would describe this as 'being with your current activity': when you're playing football, you're playing football so don't start dreaming about other things.
-reading Steve's website

I second that one, plus all the other material I mentioned.

-Having the courage to quit University to follow my dream of being a pilot!

I'm still in university, I have almost completed my Economics education and I think this has something to do with my purpose, not sure though but let's find out over the next couple of months
