I was looking around the veggie forums and an interesting question came up. A poster was asking about whether or not an animal set for slaughter would try and influence a human in a negative way when the animal dies. The human(s) being the one who ate the animal. I guess the same would go with the people involved in the process too.

I have read and many mediums seem to agree that as humans we choose our parents, what we need to learn, and generally how things will go. Could the same be said for animals? Do they choose the life of an animal set for slaughter?
