I wrote about an easy way to quiet your mind in my
blog, but I wanted to get the word out because I feel it works so well it had to be shared!
Basically all you have to do is focus your awareness on the point
just below the top of your skull. And as you do this your mind becomes wonderfully still.
I love this technique because it gives me a much needed break from all the mental noise going through my head.
