As far as LOA and obesity, I have a slightly different take but I agree we are manifesting our fat.
'Greed' and 'having it all' are a common theme in people's minds and thoughts here in America. Even if they give lip service to charities and giving, I believe that ego greed is manifesting as obesity. Hoarding. The pervasive ideal of over-buying junk we really don't need equates to a physical consuming of junk and bulging at the waist.
Even the Earth is expanding at the waist. As above, so below.....
