It's like you're asking me if peanut butter tastes good with jelly on bread.
Of course we are not our bodies. They are just the shell to our peanut. our consciousness, our spirits, inhabit these lower density bodies in order to have an experience and when we're done or when someone kills our body off we go, leaving it behind like just so much garbage.
