Sounds like you have issues with "lazy" and "greedy" people. (or maybe I do if I attracted this thread).
Why do you care how people choose to live their lives? Live your life, don't worry about what others do with their lives---they are free to do whatever they want.
You make it sound like the LOA is something you have to sign up for or get "approved of" to use. But we're all using it, all the time.
