Caeser, i'm coming in a little late on this thread, but I may have something that will help you. I tried this and it worked like a charm: The next time someone does this to you, look that person straight in the eyes and calmly say, "I can't believe you just said that!" Then just as calmly continue to look straight at the person.
It will make the individual extremely uncomfortable and that person and everyone in the immediate area will get the message loud and clear.
