You know how sometimes, your greatest fear is that your dream will come true? I'm feeling that way right now. We finally signed up a deal in real esate (I've been working on real estate investing for several months now) that I don't think will fall through. And that terrifies me! I'm really scared that it will all work out perfectly.

What's the LOA going to do with that? Will the deal go through because that's what I'm focusing all my thoughts on? Or will it fall apart because I'm focusing my thoughts on it with worry?
