Hi...

Well timed topic for me right now. I am usually organised and focused when I need to do things either with work or within my personal life. So I don't usually have a problem.

Over the last few months, I've had a significant stress (family illness and death) in my life which has resulted in me exhibiting huge ADHD symptoms (I don't have ADHD by the way)!

I feel scattered, cannot settle to do something for more than a few minutes, and have about 4000 million things on the go at once (ok that is an exaggeration!). Reading the article kind of grounded me... so I thank you for finding your way onto my computer screen.

I know what I'm experiencing is incredibly normal and to be expected... and it will work its way through. Nevertheless, it was great timing!
