I note that you are posting from Australia. Yes there is an obesity crisis in Australia - a very serious one - but one mustn't presume it's a worldwide crisis.

It's a worldwide crisis in developed countries perhaps. Still the majority of the world's population are from developing countries, where obesity is a luxury that they cannot afford.
